Lifetime Warranty
Early in Integral Hockey’s evolution, we were very surprised by our repairs’ lack of warranty returns. We expected a certain percentage to be returned, but our technology performed and held up in the harsh environment much higher than expected after a few years. Since 2015 we have been offering a Lifetime Warranty with all of our repairs at the repair zone.
If, for whatever reason, the stick you had repaired or refurbished stick purchased from Integral Hockey is subject to warranty at the repair zone, please do not hesitate to contact the location where the work was performed immediately.
Repaired and refurbished sticks that are subject to warranty must be inspected by the Integral Hockey location that did the work on the stick. The Lifetime Warranty is valid for as long as you own the stick. This applies to the original purchaser only and must be returned to the repair depot that originally repaired the stick. Once the stick has been examined and the warranty-approved, it will be re-repaired at no cost to the customer. If misuse, abuse, or modification in any way from the original is detected, a warranty will not be approved. The purpose of the Lifetime Warranty is to protect the customer from a defect in the repair process and not from overpowering, misusing, or abusing the stick. If such signs are found, the warranty will not be approved. The original receipt must accompany the warranty claim. All shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Stick fatigue is caused by repetitive stress from shots taken and slashes received. All of that abuse will cause excessive stress on all areas of the stick. A hockey stick after one year will show a considerable amount of stick fatigue, especially in younger players that continue to grow, progressing in their shooting strength and the increased force of the slashes they receive from other players. If a repaired or refurbished stick breaks inside the warranty zone after one year, the Integral Hockey location that performed the work has the sole discretion to offer a discount towards an alternative refurbished stick that would better match the player instead of re-repairing it if the warranty is approved. This will help eliminate sticks with hidden fractures that will make the stick break outside of the warranty zone.
